Teens and acne seem to go hand-in-hand. I remember when I was a teen, I was always looking out for that one magic product that would help me get the beautiful, clear skin that I so desperately wanted. I tried product after product, but they all eventually ended up sitting on the shelf unused because I had no time to keep up with an acne treatment with too many steps.
These days there are so many new acne treatment products out there. It seems there is always some new and improved acne treatment system that is vying for attention and of course, your money.
So I was excited to find out that I had been selected to try X Out, a new acne treatment for teens. X Out is made by the makers of Proactiv, which I’ve personally tried, so I knew that it had to be good.
Jamie struggles with the typical acne teen issues – blackheads and breakouts – and like me, has tried out several of the acne treatment products out there. When the X Out package arrived, we were both happy to see that X Out was truly a simple one-step system. Even just from the packaging, it’s clear that X Out is geared towards teens. The inside of the package read,
Welcome to the beginning of the end. The end of the mirror stress. The end of the skin-care aisle. The end of acne’s reign over your life. Meet X Out Acne Wash-In Treatment. Pick it up, rub it all over your face (the stuff inside, not the bottle – duh, just read the directions) and feel its mind-blowing zit-defying power.
Here’s how easy X Out is to use. You simply wash your face with it for 2 minutes, twice a day. That’s it. Honestly, what teen is not going to have the time for that?
But the really cool thing is that you can use X Out in a variety of ways! If you have a little more time, you can use X Out as a mask and leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse off. Or if you have a stubborn zit that you need to treat, you can use X Out as a spot treatment and dab it on and leave it on for 10 minutes, then wash off with warm water.
One bottle. Three uses. I love it.
The other thing Jamie loved about X Out is the QR code that is printed right on the bottle. Every day she can scan the QR code with her smart phone and watch a fun and entertaining video made especially for teens. If you teen doesn’t have a smart phone, they can still watch the same videos using the web address printed below the QR code.
I’m excited to see how Jamie does in the next 30 days of using X Out! Be sure to check out the X Out product page at http://www.xout.com/ for more information. You can also follow X Out on Facebook and Twitter to keep up with the latest updates.
I wrote this review while participating in a test drive campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of X Out and received a X Out product sample to facilitate my review, one to giveaway, and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
