I think I look pretty good for my age. I take care of my skin and it shows. a few fine lines but no wrinkles to speak of and I am 53. You got to love yourself first . It doesn’t matter what others think.
My motto is think positive and smile. you will not only feel good but the day will be brighter for you whatever you may encounter. You will get thru whatever challenges you may face.
Be sure to take time out for yourself . even if its for a few minutes. Savor the time you have to yourself. its well worth it. You are the best you can be and that means alot.
