Perplexus is a maze game for kids ages 8 and up, but the truth is that even adults will get hooked on this addicting game. The point of the game is to maneuver a small marble around challenging barriers inside a transparent sphere by twisting and rocking it back & forth with your hands. 

Because the Perplxus has so many twists and turns, it makes for a fun, yet challening game. There are various challenging tracks with 125 barriers providing providing a sometimes-frustrating 3-D experience. 

I received the Perplexus Epic to review and it quickly became a popular item in my house. The fact that there are so many different tracks and barriers make it a different game experience each time that you pick it up. Although only on person can play at a time, you can easily turn it into a group game by racing against each other or breaking up into teams and having two people handle the Perplexus at the same time. Believe me, you will not be able to put it down once you pick it up. 

I think the Perplexus Epic would make a great Christmas gift for any child (or adult) who enjoys puzzles, games or just a good old-fashioned challenge. If you have someone on your list who is hard to shop for, the Perplexus Epic might be the perfect gift for them!
