Oh My Gosh Beck!

When is a gift basket more than just a gift basket? When it comes from an organization like Women’s Bean Project!

I received the ‘Love Your Mother’ gift basket from Women’s Bean Project.

I was excited about all the delicious products that came in the gift basket:

• Assorted jellybeans
• Grammy’s Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix
• Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookie Mix
• Cindy’s Sinfully Chocolate Brownie Mix
• Raspberry Lemongrass Tea Mix
• Mango Peach Tea Mix

Because it was the ‘Love Your Mother’ gift basket, I ended up sharing some of the contents with my own mother. She quickly called dibs on the jellybeans.

Over the next week I made the Snickerdoodle and Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies using the mixes provided in the gift basket. Both were amazingly delicious, but the Grammy’s Snickerdoodle Cookies were definitely my favorite. Each cookie mix came with all the dry ingredients you needed to make the cookies including flour, chocolate chips, sugar, etc.

The Raspberry Lemongrass and Mango Peach Tea Mixes were perfect for summer and super-easy to make. There really is nothing better than tall glass of iced tea on a hot summer day.

I was totally impressed with both the packaging of the gift basket too. I loved how each item had the name of the women who’d packed it written on the package. It was a really nice touch.
